Library Committee

To ensure the smooth working of Library functions, the library conducts three meetings of Library. The library committee is of a group of persons who are empowered to do certain jobs relating to library and administration. The library committee is constituted of chairman, secretary member or a convener and members.Every year 3 meetings are planned; the first meeting is conducted starting of the year to review the utilization of last year budget and budget allotment of current year. The policy making decisions are finalized in the first meeting. In the second meeting updates regarding budget utilization and other activities. The third and last meeting is conducted at the end of the year to review the budget utilization and review the action taken on all the items in past meetings. Every meeting starts with action taken report and concluded with directions and suggestions as per items.
