Don't wait for perfection. Create a Minimum Viable Product (MVP)—a simple prototype using basic tools—to test your idea with real users early on.
You can't do it all alone. Build a student team with complementary talent—mix technical builders, creative designers, and management minds.
Mistakes are data. If your first prototype doesn't work out, use what you learned to shift directions ("pivot") and improve your next attempt.
